The Bullet, a story shot from the brain of the creative couple Kevin and Liesbet.
Kevin, already active in IT for years and especially involved in the implementation of e-commerce projects is also an avid cycling fan. He wanted to appeal to his creative side a bit more and moreover he wanted to be the webshop owner himself instead of the technical partner.
Liesbet holds a master’s degree in painting and is also a passionate runner. She also wanted to start an online business for years. There is no doubt about her creative contribution to this story.
From this approach it seems almost a logical consequence that combining all these passions had to lead to the creation of an online sales platform where unique and subtle designs can be brought to the man/woman in a beautiful line of leisurewear.
Designs that always have a link with the sport. Initially, the focus was on known territory, namely cycling and quickly after running. It doesn’t seem illogical to us that swimming will be added to this as we have a few gifted triathletes in our very close family.
But The Bullet certainly does not want to limit itself to these sports so who knows what the future will bring …..
When looking for a good brand name, we looked for it especially in the nicknames of well-known athletes. A search that, in hindsight, was not so obvious not to get into the water of already acquired domain names or brand names. In the end we ended up with The Bullet, a name that exudes dynamism and speed with a great impact and also refers to “The Baltimore Bullet”, the nickname of Michael Phelps, who as an American swimmer won gold medals at the Olympic Games several times.
